This year join in Dinas Powys's 2nd Art Festival on Saturday and Sunday 27th & 28th September 2025. Come and enjoy the art that is created in the Community. All are welcome!

Annual Art Exhibition at the Parish Hall, Britway Road, Dinas Powys CF64 4AF from 10am to 4pm Saturday & Sunday 27th & 28 September 2025.
Over 150 original works of art are displayed, some of which are for sale. Small £1 admission fee. Children are admitted free. There will be refreshments available. Members bake a variety of fabulous cakes for visitors to enjoy.

Also to be held on The Village Square:
Alongside displays of local artworks, there is an opportunity for everyone to get involved in creating some fun community art. This year's free interactive art project will take place in the Village Square. From complete beginners to seasoned artists, you are all invited to help create a vibrant display of hand-painted bunting. Free.
Dinas Powys Art Festival 2025: A Celebration of Art, Community and Cake
The Dinas Powys Art Group's third annual Art Festival is taking place on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th September 2025, from 10am to 4pm each day. This vibrant weekend is packed with something for everyone — from art enthusiasts to families looking for an entertaining day out.
Annual Exhibition – Over 150 Original Works
The main focus is our much-loved Annual Exhibition at the Parish Hall (Britway Road, CF64 4AF), which features over 150 original artworks all created by members of the Dinas Powys Art Group. We will also be showcasing decorative gift boxes crafted from original artworks, available for purchase with proceeds going to charity. First-time visitors and our loyal supporters will be impressed by the incredible variety and quality of work being produced in the Vale.
There will be plenty to see and do over the weekend and when you need a break, there will be tea/coffee and homemade cakes on sale in the Parish Hall.
Take Part in Art – Community Bunting Project
This year's free interactive art project will take place in the Village Square. From complete beginners to seasoned artists, you are all invited to help create a vibrant display of hand-painted bunting. We can't wait to see how much we can create together!
It will be great fun and a really nice opportunity for everyone to give painting a go. No experience is necessary, all materials will be provided and it is accessible to all.
Live Art in the Square
Our talented local artists will also be at work in the square painting scenes inspired by the village. Stop by to chat, ask questions, or simply be inspired to pick up a paintbrush yourself.
Join us for a weekend of creativity, community, and cake: a perfect way to spend a few leisurely hours with friends and family while supporting two great causes Dinas Powys Voluntary Concern and Brain Tumour Support.

Mexican Squares
Members of the art group collaborated by producing individual square paintings inspired by Mexican art, to produce a large collage which is currently on display at the Turner House Exhibition, Penarth.
